Most clients would have heard me discuss the growing importance of Google reviews and the need to do a better job of encouraging customers to provide them. Here’san article that discusses additional changes Google is making in this regard.
It’s only a short article and well worth a read. Especially interesting is the opportunity to tag reviews with CTAs (Calls to Action). In other words if a buyer gives you a rave review about your widgets, you can include a link to a page where prospects can buy that widget.
Google hasn’t confirmed the exact details of this rollout, but if they stay true to form, it will arrive on our doorstep soon enough.
