One of the big search trends this year will be voice search. 58% of US consumers used voice search last year and the number is only going to grow.
So what does this mean for you? In the short term, probably not much. We’re making changes as part of your SEO campaign to capitalise on the increase in voice search, but there are some things you can do to help us:
- Let us know what questions customers ask you. Voice search is very specific. The more we know about the types of questions you get asked all the time, the more accurate we can optimise your site for voice search.
- Write lots of new content
- If you can’t write the content, allow us to do it for you. Content is King on the web. If you’re not adding content to your site on a regular basis, it makes our job all the more difficult. This is especially true in markets/industries that are already hyper-competitive.
